Blossom Boutique  is a small business so due to the low cost nature of products we are unable to offer refunds but we can exchange in certain situations.  All sales are final. Exchange policy In order for a customer to receive an exchange, the customer will have to submit a picture of the damaged product to customerservice@blossommedboutique.com and put Exchange in the subject line of message.

Blossom Boutique has the right to refuse and refunds or exchanges at any time.
Processing and Shipping Policy: Since Most products are handmade processing time may take 3 to 7 business days. Shipping time may take 3 to 7 business days. Custom Orders processing time may take 3 to 7 business days and Shipping may take 5 to 10 business days.
Blossom Boutique has a standard shipping rate for address in the United States. Orders outside of the United States or bulk orders will have additional charges.
